Terms & condition

1. Check in is 12:30 p.m. Check out is 11:30 noon.
2. Guests Permitted per:

2-BHK apartment: Max. 5 Adults or 4 adults and 3 Children (below 10 years).
1-BHK apartment: Max. 3 Adults or 2 adults and 2 Children (below 10 years).
The Villas: Will be conveyed during reservation.

3. Taxes payable extra, as applicable.
4. The amount of advance will not be refunded if booking is cancelled at your end.
5. IDs: All Indian Nationals/NRI must carry his / her Photo ID & address proof. Along with Booking Confirmation Letter.

All Foreign nationals must carry their Passport (originals & photocopies) along with Booking Confirmation Letter.

6. Guests will have to adhere to the rules and regulations of the authorities where the apartments are located.
