FACILITIES

  1. FREEDOM
    Our apartments and villas offer flexibility and freedom for the travellers whether on holiday or business. Our living presented is to give you the freedom of a home with balconies to feel the touch of laid back sunlight touching you with the sea breeze.
  2. FULLY FURNISHED
    All our service apartments & villas are furnished for comfort and relaxation with spacious rooms, separate lounge and well equipped kitchen cum dinning. Fully furnished with split air conditioning, television set , iron & iron boards and 24 hrs hot and cold water.
  3. WASHING MACHINES
    All our apartments are furnished with front loading washing machine as we prefer guests to stay for a longer time . We also give you the detergent powder for machine wash.
  4. GUEST SAFETY
    The apartments have a 24x 7 gate IN security, manned by security personnel. moreover, our customer care staff is just a phone call away any time of the day. Special precaution is taken with our elderly guests or lady groups.
  5. KITCHEN
    Our concept is to make the guest feel at home. we provide a fuly equipped kitchen including a refrigerator , micro wave, LPG burner or electric Hot plate and all the utensils required for comfortable living. Our guests will love to prepare a wholesome breakfast or a meal and try out the local dishes on their own with a bottle of wine.
  6. SWIMMING POOL
    All our locations have swimming pools club size and an additional pool for the kids. Although strict rules & discipline is observed to insure pool safety.
  7. PARKING
    With very apartment free parking onsite is provided. our guests can bring with them they own vehicle or hire locally to enjoy the freedom of mobility.

SERVICES

  1. HOUSE KEEPING
    Apartments & villas are cleaned(serviced) daily and towels changed in the morning. The linen & bed sheets are changed on the 4th day unless required earlier. Our House keeping staff is available from 10am to 5 pm daily.
  2. MAID SERVICE
    We also provide maid service for the kitchen on specific hour basis for our guests who demand. The request for the maid has to be given 15 days prior to your stay and is charged.
  3. TOILETRIES
    Basic toiletries are provided.
  4. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
    A customer support assistant is provided to our guests. He is a person with good knowledge of the locals. He is just a phone call away.
  5. PICK UP / DROP
    Airport or railway station pick and drop is arranged on prior intimation on extra cost.
  6. DRY CLEANING
    Dry cleaning or ironing from a outside vendor is arranged on extra cost.
  7. BIKE AND CARS
    Bike & Car on rentals can be arranged on competitive rates.
  8. TAXI SERVICE
    Taxi Service can be arranged.
  9. TRANSFERS, SIGHTSEEING AND OTHER ACTIVITES
    Transfers, sightseeing and other activities (see activity section) can be arranged.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. CHECK IN
    Check in is 12:30 p.m. Check out is 11:30 noon.
  2. GUESTS PERMITTED PER APARTMENT
    Guests Permitted per:
  3. 2-BHK apartment: Max. 5 Adults or 4 adults and 3 Children (below 8years).
    1-BHK apartment: Max. 3 Adults or 2 adults and 2 Children (below 8 years).
    The Villas: Will be conveyed during reservation.

  4. TAXES
    Taxes payable extra, as applicable.
  5. REFUND
    The amount of advance will not be refunded if booking is cancelled at your end.
  6. IDENTITY DOCS
    IDs: All Indian Nationals/NRI must carry his / her Photo ID & address proof. Along with Booking Confirmation Letter.
  7. All Foreign nationals must carry their Passport (originals & photocopies) and 2 photos (passport size) along with Booking Confirmation Letter.

  8. RULES AND REGULATIONS
    Guests will have to adhere to the rules and regulations of the authorities where the apartments are located.
